Accessibility
We want everybody to be able to look at the flavors and place an order. If anything here gets in your way, tell us and we will fix it, and we will help you order in the meantime.
What we aim for
We build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at level AA. That is the standard most people mean when they say a website is accessible.
What that means in practice
- Every photo has a written description for screen readers.
- Text and background colors are checked for contrast on every page, in both directions.
- Everything you can click, you can also reach with the Tab key, and you can always see where you are.
- Buttons and links are big enough to hit on a phone.
- Headings are in order, so a screen reader can skim the page the way your eyes do.
- If you have asked your device to reduce motion, the animations here stop.
- Forms say what went wrong in words, not just in red.
How we check
Every page is tested automatically against WCAG 2.1 AA on a phone and on a desktop, every time we change anything. Automated testing catches a lot but not everything, so if something is awkward in real use we want to hear about it.
Tell us
If something on this site is hard to use, email Info@missconfection.us or call 844-YUM-POPS. Tell us the page and what happened. We will help you place your order over the phone or by email, and we will fix the page.
Where we know we fall short
Checkout runs through PayPal, which is their software, not ours. If any part of paying is difficult, call us and we will take the order directly.
